We’re looking for a business development associate capable of generating client leads through relationship building with the local and international tech, design, creative, and business communities.
The role is suitable for a highly social and driven candidate of any experience level, with strong ability for building personal connections, effectively communicating the range of services we provide, and inspiring others to trust our ability to help grow their businesses.
We offer a modest base salary with a clear and generous commission structure, enabling high performers to achieve strong financial success.
The position is “local remote”, meaning that Tacchi does not have an office, but our team is all based and expected to primarily work in the Tokyo area. Being in Tokyo is particularly important to this role, where you will need to meet with local businesses and attend events on a regular basis.
While not strictly required, business-level Japanese ability and experience or a strong interest in design and/or software engineering are big benefits to this role.
