This week I was invited by the team at Le Wagon Tokyo to speak at one of their regular events about user experience design.

Instead of talking about design from a designer’s perspective, I wanted to share with the broad spectrum of attendees some of my experiences and advice on how to build effective digital products – notably by including your customer or user from the earliest possible stage.

Talking about UX at Le WagonThe audience was very friendly, but threw some tough questions at me in the post-talk Q&A session!

Overall, a fun evening, and I’d like to thank Paul and Sylvain from Le Wagon for inviting me to share an evening with their members and friends.
